This was our first time staying at this resort. The resort is beautiful. We stayed in a deluxe studio with a preferred view. I was so excited to see we had a balcony overlooking the lagoon. Our room was spacious and well appointed with a mini fridge and microwave. The cast members we encountered were all very pleasant. We ate in the Quick Service and were very happy with our food. The grits were perfect! We could see the electric boat parade from our room and had a perfect viewing of the fireworks at Magic Kingdom by just walking a short distance. Added bonus, they play the story and music. A special treat was being able to see the Epcot fireworks from our balcony.

My family Stayed at the grand Floridian the minute we walked in people that work there were so friendly went out of their way for anything and everything we needed I mean amazing people Our room was absolutely gorgeous. It was constantly kept clean. We had fresh towels. What a wonderful experience and a beautiful hotel A young lady named Ashley at the front desk helped me a lot took the time to help my needs and make sure that I was OK and I will never forget my experience ahead of this hotel. It was just amazing. I will definitely be back. They are very lucky to have the staff they have working for them because this is what makes the hotel grand

We’ve been coming to Disney for many years as annual passholders and have stayed at most of the resorts over that time. After getting engaged a year ago at the Grand Floridian, we knew we wanted to return here for our honeymoon. Upon arriving late on a Friday night after the wedding, we were surprised to find that our room was located directly adjacent to an elevator shaft and featured two queen beds, despite having requested a king bed and noting in our reservation that this was our honeymoon. While the sleeping arrangements were less than ideal, the bigger issue was the constant noise: the elevator motor humming throughout the night, the frequent ding of opening doors, and the echo of conversations and screaming children waiting nearby. For a newly married couple, it was a disappointing start. We brought our concerns to the manager, and although we had to endure the first night, they ultimately made it right. We were moved to a beautiful king room in a quiet building far from the elevators — a much-needed improvement. From that point on, the entire Disney staff went out of their way to make our honeymoon feel special — including cast members who didn’t even know we were celebrating but saw my wife’s button the front desk gave us. The resort grounds are immaculately maintained, even during ongoing refurbishments, and every staff member we encountered was courteous, friendly, and happy to help. A special mention goes to Citricos, one of the resort’s standout restaurants, which offers exceptional food and wonderful cocktails. As they say, it’s not how you start — it’s how you finish. Though our trip started off a bit rocky, Disney’s staff showed real understanding and care. We would highly recommend this wonderful resort.

They say Disney spoils you and it’s so true! We visited to celebrate my daughter’s 6 bday princess style and it was indeed Princess style! The rooms were perfect, location was great and we could see fireworks from our room! The resort's monorail station made it easy to get to the Magic Kingdom, and the boat transportation to the park was a lovely alternative. The resort's pool area was beautifully landscaped and relaxing, with a fun waterslide and a nearby children's play area. If you're looking for a luxurious and magical Disney vacation, the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is the perfect choice. With its stunning views, exceptional service, and luxurious amenities, it's truly a Disney resort fit for royalty.

Pretty remarkable place to stay. The rooms are well appointed whether you’re in building one or building 8. Two nice pools to keep the kids busy and the drinks flowing. Plenty of good dining options onsite. And of course, you’re on the Monorail to get to The Magic Kingdom and with a short transfer Epcot as well. But the real treat of being on the Monorail is being able to do the Monorail Bar Crawl! Friendly service. The only downside is the White Lotus characters you have to share the resort with.
