I booked for my customers at Two Seasons hotel and rented the conference room for a training course. Everything was perfect and smooth, the crew very courteous helpful and discrete. The hotel is very clean, the location is a major plus, at the metro station's door. The food and service were very good. The restaurant’s buffet was very tasty, with lot of variety and of high quality. Thumbs up to the chef! I would like to thank the hotel team for making my training course successful and my customers' stay comfortable. My visitors and I are very satisfied. Great job 😊

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Two Seasons Hotel, and I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by your team. First, I would like to extend my gratitude to the luggage handling staff who assisted us when we were leaving the hotel. He was incredibly polite and professional, ensuring that our luggage was carefully handled and placed into the car smoothly. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Additionally, I would like to thank the staff at the shop in the hotel lobby. On our last night, we needed to purchase a suitcase, and the gentleman in charge was extremely accommodating. Despite it being outside regular working hours, he kindly came to assist us and even offered a fair price, which we greatly appreciated. I also want to mention how much we enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. The variety and quality of the food were excellent. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the hospitality we received even after check-out. We were allowed to enjoy the pool area and surroundings, and although we had officially checked out, your staff continued to treat us as valued guests. This level of service made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, our stay at Two Seasons Hotel was fantastic, and I will certainly recommend your hotel to others. It's a beautiful place, very friendly people, the facility is also very good, but I am not a big fan of the drinking water policy there. I drink a lot of water and I had to bring my own because I had to pay for any extra water I requested. This never happened before and I am not a big fan of it. Other than that all was great, and I truly like it.

We've stayed here three times, and love it. The location is perfect. The convenience store in the lobby has everything we need. The hotel has four great restaurants: Asian, Turkish, Sushi, and a terrace restaurant, all offering excellent value. The rooms are well-equipped with microwaves and kettles, allowing us to enjoy meals in private when we want a break from the busy atmosphere.
