I am rating only the Pause Spa. I live nearby but the location is easy to get to if you are in Dubai and staying downtown or Business Bay. If coming from further away, manage the timing to avoid traffic as the valet can become jammed due to the entry design. Pleasant, small spa in a mid-level hotel. The receptionist was professional and friendly. He took care of us quickly and efficiently. I had a Balinese 90 minute massage and my friend had the deep tissue. My therapist was exceptional. My friend was also very happy with the pressure and quality of her massage. We enjoyed the steam room, ice tower and whirlpool before our service and the relaxation room (with a pot of tea and dried fruits) after. All in all it was a wonderful experience and a spa I would go to for regular massages. I want to try the foot massage and a few of the facials as well.

Our honeymoon at this hotel was unforgettable. We booked a standard room but were generously upgraded to a stunning suite. The decorations we requested—balloons, flowers, and a bubble bath—were beautifully arranged, exceeding our expectations. Service was impeccable throughout, and breakfast offered an incredible selection. Whenever we return to Dubai, this will be our go-to hotel. Thank you for making our stay truly special.

Pretty good hotel with nice amenities, but for a good price. We liked the location, the pool area and the rooms very much. Rooms are spacious and nicely designed. Beds are very comfortable. I appreciated that we didn't hear noise from neighboring guests, so either the sound proofing is good, or the hotel now plans the rooms well. There is an audible noise from the nearby roads, because the balcony doors do not have proper insulation, but I personally didn't mind this at all, since I like to sleep to a slight hum. The breakfast was offering a wide variety of food to pick from and is slightly changed every day. We never had to wait for seating and had a lot of time to eat. The view from the pool is spectacular, both during the day and also the night. The pool itself is of a good size, the water temperature is just right and there's also a jacuzzi-like small pool and a child pool in which you can just lay if it's not being used. The pool itself did not feel overcrowded, but there's not enough loungers, they're all taken the whole day. We always found a sitting at a table at least. There is also a locker room and a shower if you want to swim before your departure. All of the staff was always helpful and prompt to fulfill any requests. Now to the negatives. If they were absent, it would be a truly 5 star stay: The first impression of the lobby area at ground floor is not very good. There are always traffic jams of various cars picking and dropping people off, but half of the space is blocked by security for some reason and it seemed a bit mismanaged. The area on the street nearby also doesn't look that nice, especially if you want to walk to the metro station -- you have to use a dark alleyway that the hotel employees use for smoking breaks and there's trash. I guess most guests use taxis. But the again, you wait for a long time until your taxi gets through the line of cars. The cleaning and maintenance of the rooms could also be improved. Some days, we didn't get all of the towels, a different day a dirty pillow case of a different guest (we don't use red lipstick, which the thing was completely covered in) was just left in our chair. The bidet was leaking extensively, but needed multiple tries of repair (although the maintenance always came quickly). The silicone/seal holding the bathtub and other things also looked dirty and not kept well, definitely out of place in a 5* room.

We had a really good stay at this hotel during our trip to Dubai. The service was very good, and all the staff were kind and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We want to say a big thank you to Rose. She was amazing and helped us so much. Rose made sure we were happy and had a nice time. She was always smiling, very friendly, and answered all our questions. Because of Rose, our stay at the hotel was extra special. We are very thankful for her help and care. We will definitely come back again!

The hotel is well placed to enjoy the main attractions and the beaches. The food is exceptional and I really enjoyed the options in the different restaurants. Breakfast is definitely a favourite as is the pool side food. The infinity pool has to be seen to be experienced, I was more than happy to spend the whole day lying by the pool enjoying the sights and relaxing. The staff are fantastic and extremely attentive, I will be booking a family holiday again as this was money well spent. Don't need a car can walk or get an Uber.
