We spent 3 nights here and loved it. Myself, daughter and 2 granddaughter's shared a room and we had plenty of space for all of us and the beds were really comfortable. It was lovely and quiet and we had everything we needed. We'd come back after a day in the park to find our beds made, bathroom cleaned and refreshments replenished. It was a lovely 10 minute walk beside the river to the park. There is a shuttle bus but we didn't bother with it. We'd happily stay here again.

It was a good stay. The room is nice and the atmosphere is really cute . My daughter loves it. Room is comfortable except for the fact that light and elctricty doesn't work when we arrived but the staff was really nice and quick to resolve the problem even in the night. Staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast was good in quantituy and quality. I suggest this hotel if you wanna visit the Park.

We just stayed one night, mid October. Before I book any hotels I always do extensive research. I booked this hotel because of value and also because the website listed air conditioning as a room feature, which can be hard to find in Europe. For anyone who sleeps with the AC on even in the fall I Do NOT RECOMMEND staying here. The description is completely false as their AC system only works in two modes: heat during the fall and winter or AC in the summer and it can’t be adjusted by guests. Our room was so hot it was difficult to sleep. Management tried their best to locate a room that would be cooler but unfortunately we were out of luck. The location was great with a large shuttle to the parks and train station and a beautiful walking path directly to the parks. The Starbucks was also an unexpected plus. However the total disappointment of feeling mislead by the lack of cooling, the outdated and uninspired rooms and lack of elevators is a no go for me. I absolutely suggest if you find a good hotel in Paris Center you just stay there and take the train in for the day. There’s no added value to staying on property in my opinion.

I’ve very recently stayed at this hotel, and it was much better than I expected, however I did spot a few minor flaws throughout my visit. As soon as we arrived, check in was superb, we even got to see woody. I really liked how the hotel was set out like a little village, it really added to the magic. The rooms were basic, but theming was on point. However, the acrylic in the shower was peeling, and some of the pillows were stained. Food and service were brilliant, the staff were so kind, helpful and always stayed in character. The hotel is just a quick shuttle away from the park. Overall this hotel has character and is very fun, but I would recommend having a fridge in the rooms as drinks can get quite warm sitting out. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Great hotel, huge room even though it was just the standard room. Loads of space for a cot bed. Bed was comfy, pillowcases were very synthetic but we still slept fine. Good, quiet air conditioning, nice lighting. Service was so friendly but a little slow but this was only because they took their time explaining everything about the hotel, which we appreciated. Location to the park was amazing - our room was at the south end of the hotel which was closest to the parks. We walked to the parks each day and it took about 15 minutes. Hotel was quiet, gift shop was well stocked.
