It really is the perfect place to stay if you have young kids or just want to be immersed in the experience of Disney. The pull out couch bed was almost bigger than the double bed, rooms were comfy and clean. I have been going to this hotel for around 20 years now and will be back again. The food options are great, breakfast buffet and all you can eat cookout dinner, both have healthy options in the spread (I do recommend getting half board). Staff were as always brilliant, they go above and beyond. This is a hotel tailored for families and was a lovely place to relax after a long day (cocktails in the bar are fab). Make sure you close your window at night if you don't want to hear the fireworks. Only a 10 minute walk from the village so maybe 15 to the park gate but shuttles are frequent.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Great location and they really put in the effort to making the outside just as lovely as inside, which made it oh so magical! Felt just like we were in Texas! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Despite certain times being very busy (if you like to eat at quieter times get down for 7am and 6pm), it ran smoothly. The food was the best I've ever had at a hotel with lots of options! I am gluten intolerant but i was stuffed every meal. In particular the coleslaw was amazing! The room was clean, fun, well laid out, with lots of pillows, toiletries and tea/coffee making facilties, along with a hair dryer. This hotel gets 5* from me! None of us wanted to leave. The only thing my daughter wished it had was a swimming pool.

We had a great stay in this hotel. They even placed outem families close to each other which was great. Super close to the park. Great connection via bus. Good breakfast available but could have a bit more healthy choices. Great choice if food during dinner. Wonderful sweets. Rooms were fine with good coffee and coffee machine. Water in the bathroom was very unstable hot then cold on the same level. The rooms were cleaned daily however the Housekeeping staff was not very pleasant never said good morning never even answered.

For the price it's just not good enough. Service is poor and next to zero facilities. There are three things that are the main benefits, extra magic hour, character meet and pony ride and they have put them all on at the same time so the negate having them. Also told due to lack of staff bags could not be moved between hotels however after checking this was found to be untrue. For the price of a good hotel in a major city you expect more for your money or at least a smile when checking in.

Rooms are VERY dirty. You pay the premium price for a Disney hotel, but what you get are probably the dirtiest and most outdated rooms in Paris. The whole hotel block smelled like a sewer. Broken vents in the rooms, mold in the bathroom corners, and stains on the carpet and curtains. You even hear rats walking above you at night, which was honestly disgusting and made it hard to sleep. Tried to bring all this up at reception, but of course, “there’s nothing they can do.” No solution offered, no compensation, nothing. Just a shrug. This is not what you expect when you book a Disney hotel. The theming might be nice for kids, but that’s where it stops. The maintenance and cleanliness are well below acceptable standards. We made up our minds — when we go to Disney again, we’re booking a non-Disney hotel. You’ll get way more value, comfort, and hygiene for your money elsewhere.
